We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. They even arranged a surprise birthday celebration for my wife with a cake and a song! The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the atmosphere was serene and cozy. We loved the beautiful surrounding scenery with colorful tropical plants and a stunning Mountain View. Furthermore, the French restaurant served delicious food, and we absolutely enjoyed having breakfast on the veranda. All in all, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city.

The resort boasts a beautiful location surrounded by colorful tropical plants, providing an amazing view of the mountains. the French restaurant serves excellent food, and the jikitan pool and big pool are amazing. Guests can enjoy breakfast on the veranda and relax in the bathtub of the clean rooms.

The hotel needs to improve the paintwork in some areas.

What a fantastic place! The views were absolutely breathtaking and it was so peaceful and relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We loved the fact that the food was super tasty and that the beds were really comfortable. Another great aspect was the serene and beautiful atmosphere, with gorgeous surroundings and lots of plants and flowers. We also really appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms.

While we had a lovely stay, we did notice a few things that could have been improved. One is that there were quite a few ants in some of the food we ordered. Additionally, the facilities were slightly outdated, which detracted from the experience. Finally, we found that the hot water ran out quite quickly, which was a bit of a shame. Nonetheless, these were relatively minor issues and we would definitely recommend the place to others!
